NOW SCHEDULE YOUR TEST!

INSTRUCTIONS:

YOUR TEST WILL BE ON-LINE.  YOU WILL GET AN E-MAIL WITH A LINK  TO TAKE YOUR TEST.  YOU WILL HAVE  60 MINUTES TO COMPLETE THE WRITTEN TEST.  IF IT IS NOT SUBMITTED 60 MINUTES AFTER IT IS SENT, IT IS CONSIDERED TO BE FAILED.  IF YOU DO NOT FINISH THE WHOLE TEST, SUBMIT WHATEVER YOU HAVE.  IT IS BETTER THAN A TOTAL FAIL.  WE WILL GRADE YOU, AND SEND YOUR SCORE VIA E-MAIL.  YOU MUST SCORE 100% ON THE TEST TO RECEIVE YOUR LICENSE.  YOU HAVE 3 CHANCES. YOU CAN ONLY SCHEDULE 1 TEST AT A TIME.  YOU CAN ONLY TAKE A 1 TEST PER MONTH.  YOU HAVE 6 MONTHS TO COMPLETE YOUR LICENSE OR YOUR FEE WILL EXPIRE AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY AGAIN.  THERE IS A VERBAL PART TO THE TEST.   THIS PART WILL BE GIVEN IMMEDIATELY AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR WRITTEN TEST.  IF YOU MISS THE PHONE CALL, YOU WILL HAVE 2 HOURS TO CALL IN AND COMPLETE THE VERBAL PART.  IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THE VERBAL PART WITHIN 4 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR WRITTEN TEST, YOU WILL FAIL.

1.  If yes, help the best you can, if you are not sure about something, calmly explain that you are unsure and it may be best to have the agent contact them back.  Let them know they can put a formal complaint in writing and e-mail it directly to info@iLicenseNOW.com and put the word PROBLEM OR COMPLIANT in the subject bar with their order number #.  Tell them to explain their issue or concern the best they can, and make sure to include a NAME, PHONE #, AND E-MAIL to contact them back and the best time to reach them.  Assure them that someone will contact them back as early as a few hours, but it may take a few days.  If no one contacts them back in 5 business days, tell them to resubmit the claim, or call back.
